Sting of the Scorpion (Brendan O'Carroll) — the assault on Levita: Levita, 23–24 Oct 1943: of R2 Patrol; suffered leg wounds in the action and was taken prisoner, later recovering as a POW. His eyewitness account of the ridge fighting is quoted in Kiwi Scorpions.
