Full name Basil William. Born 22 August 1919 at Auckland. Aged 89 at death. Buried/commemorated: Waikumete Cemetery, Glen Eden, Auckland (Soldiers Ash Burial, K Row, Plot 168). Glazier in civilian life. Embarked/served with 45th Field Battery. Life Member and past President of the Eden-Roskill Returned Services Association.
