What this roll records
Service number corrected in August 2026 from NZ #8835 to NZ #8825. Two independent sources give 8825: the Auckland War Memorial Museum’s L.R.D.G. Membership Roll of February 1970, and Brendan O’Carroll’s R Patrol Nominal Roll of 31 March 1941, which reads “Private Sadgrove A.D., 8825”.
