Buried at Benghazi War Cemetery, grave 4.C.11, Libya. Son of Ernest and Edith May Yates; husband of Lilian Yates, of Timperley, Cheshire. Personal inscription: 'Always remembered. A dearly loved husband, son and brother.' Source: Commonwealth War Graves Commission.
